To Design the Input-Output Optics (IOO) Subsystem for the LCGT Interferometer.

-=== About the IOO System ===
IOO Subsystem consists of almost all the optical compoments
which are not belong to the Laser Subsystem and the Main Interferometer.
The Input Optics Subsystem contains a 10m-long Mode and RF-sideband Cleaner (MC1),
a 15m-long Mode Cleaner (MC2), a Mach-Zehnder Modulator (MZM), Mode Matching Telescopes
(MMT1-4) and Faraday Isolators (FI1-2).
The Output Optics Subsystem contains an Output Mode Cleaner (OMC) and a Mode Matching
Telescope (MMT5).
All photodetectors used in the LCGT are also dealed in the IOO Subsystem.
