Located between PSL and MCF chamber. Generates RF for fIMC, f1, f2, f3, 2*f1, 2*f2, f3-f1, f3-f2, fALSX, and fALSY. Has servo circuits for FRC, IMC, and ISS. Takes care of PD/QPDs on PSL, IMC REFL, IMC TRANS, IMMT1, and IMMT2 tables. Also takes care of equivalent PD/QPDs in vacuum.
