iKAGRA PR3 alignment & Beam Profile Measurements

Objectives
- Center the beams on BS
- Measure the beam profile in front of BS and inside IXA
- Adjust the position of PR2
Procedure
- Enter the tunnel, check necessary tools
Necessary items, tools
- Large size beam profiler (Doi-san's room)
- A height adjustable table (Found two of them near the PR3 on +Y side)
- Two PHS phones for communication between PR and BS area clean booths (or transceivers)
- Two sets of floor KOACH
- Clean suits and inner ware
- Chamber compatible type
- Found many L and M in the laser room. For other size, we need to bring them from the data analysis building.
