Control system tool box is not available for control room workstations. Please use matlab on k1script for noisebudgeting. 

ssh -Y k1script
sudo startx
/home/controls/MATLAB/bin/matlab

Ignore error message when startx.

This is svn. Make sure commit any modifications you make.
