  • Remote manipulation of the instruments
  • Automatic sequential control of the instruments in response to emergency situations.

(2)PT冷凍機器 (購入時に付随している自己防護・モニター機能でどこまでカバーされているか?) 過剰振動・音 水冷停止 ガスリークなど

(3)クライオスタット 低温時真空暴露 ジャケット剥離 ジャケット焼失 温度異常

(4)レーザーと付随系 自己防護機能で期待されるもの? (過電流、過出力、水冷空冷停止、温度、粉塵?) 周辺光学機器(散乱、焼失) 壁面焼失 散乱 帯電?

(5)入出射光学系まわり ホトディテクター(過光量、過電流、過温度) 散乱光吸収板(過温度、水冷空冷停止、煙霧) 誤接触 散乱 壁面焼失
