Instrument Control Working Group

The scope of this WG.

Implement the followings:

Remote monitor of instruments deployed throughout the site.
Remote manipulation of the instruments
Automatic sequential control of the instruments in response to emergency situations.

（１）真空機器（購入時に付随している自己防護・モニター機能でどこまでカバーされているか？）真空ポンプ動作リーク GVの動作真空センサー窓破壊

（２）PT冷凍機器（購入時に付随している自己防護・モニター機能でどこまでカバーされているか？）過剰振動・音水冷停止ガスリークなど

（３）クライオスタット低温時真空暴露ジャケット剥離ジャケット焼失温度異常

（４）レーザーと付随系自己防護機能で期待されるもの？（過電流、過出力、水冷空冷停止、温度、粉塵？）周辺光学機器（散乱、焼失）壁面焼失散乱帯電？

（５）入出射光学系まわりホトディテクター（過光量、過電流、過温度）散乱光吸収板（過温度、水冷空冷停止、煙霧）誤接触散乱壁面焼失

（６）クリーン環境機器ファン停止ファン振動・音室温度・湿度と分布風量減少粉塵増大
