  * Aiming the first version release during their visit

 * Ifo model
  * Matrix change when SRM is coming from non-reso to reso in SRC will be calculated (DRMI)
 * OMC model
  * Next steps is to inject the simulated AS beam to OMC. But HOM extension of the ifo model hasn't been done.
 * Birefringence model

  * With Hiro-san's help, we concluded S=>P conversion gets i phase shift!
  * The next problem is when we use BS to simulate bosh S and P worlds at the same time, we don't know how to set the phase 
     * s=>p can be treated as loss giving up to simulate S and P worlds at the same time, but it ignores the second order effect (S=>P=>S).
     * There may be some solutions to manuplate the S=>P conversion map. We should look-back the conversion map calculation.
     * There may be an exotic solution on the Michelson phase?
