1. Report about Aztec#1 TM substrate (Matteo)
   • average absorption around 50ppm/cm
   • currently measuring YZ map
   • homogeneous distribution of absorption
   • haze is present but not clearly visible in absorption maps
2. schedule for delivery and measurements of Aztec substrates (Matteo, June Gyu)
   • #1 and #2 delivered, #3 expected by the end of the week (04/15)
   • #4 and #5 delivery possible in early May
3. polishing process report (Matteo, Tomaru)
   • shaping process discussion
4. simulation report (Haoyu)
   • offset removal is crucial for simulations
