  1. Sapphire substrate sent to LMA from KYamamoto to do a first attempt for Ti:GeO2 deposition

  2. Report on Aztec substrates characterization from Marc
    • absorption:
      • four substrates characterized,
      • #3 meets the specs (45ppm/cm), #1 almost meets the specs (60ppm/cm), #2 and #4 don't meet the specs (110ppm/cm and 90 ppm/cm)
    • birefringence:
      • explanation of improved calibration system
      • aztec #3 characterization results: dn = (2+/-1)*1e-6, theta = 4deg
