 1. Sapphire substrate sent to LMA from KYamamoto to do a first attempt for Ti:GeO2 deposition
 1. Report on Aztec substrates characterization from Marc
  * absorption: 
   * four substrates characterized, 
   * #3 meets the specs (45ppm/cm), #1 almost meets the specs (60ppm/cm), #2 and #4 don't meet the specs (110ppm/cm and 90 ppm/cm)
  * birefringence:
   * explanation of improved calibration system
   * aztec #3 characterization results: dn = (2+/-1)*1e-6, theta = 4deg 
   * losses below 1% due to birefringence
  * scattering:
   * IR camera installation ongoing to measure scattering on PCI setup
   * IR and red measurement planned to distinguish between Rayleigh and Mie scattering
 1. Report of scattering measurement from Abe
  * 10% - 30% losses on green
