== Minutes ==
 1. Q measurement of fundamental drum mode of ETMX done on Nov 3rd
  * 2.1 x 10^5 which is 1-2 order of magnitude smaller than expected
  * Q value could be limited by suspension dissipation
  * even if lower than expected should not impact on the system thermal noise
 1. Update from ARD: activity proceeding faster than expected, a small chip on barrel was discovered and will be investigated 
 1. Report from KASI: 
  * small sample delivery expected in few days
  * zygo interferometer tests ongoing, problem with polarization
 1. introduction of new characterization techniques for birefringence measurement by Marc (will be presented at FWG meeting on Nov 17th)
