  1. update on LC birefringence setup from Marc
  2. no update on coating loss angle paper from KYamamoto
  3. update on substrate Q measurement on site
    • automated measurement of 24kHz drum mode

    • 250k -> 1E4

    • 80K -> 1E5 for ETMs and 1E6 for ITMs

    • 34kHz mode Q value is higher than the Q of 24kHz one
  4. update on paper writing from Haoyu
    • first draft circulation in 2 weeks approximately
  5. update on ITMs polishing by Aso
    • preliminary maps requested by Thales
    • final polishing spec document circulated
    • issue/discussion on flatness spec
    • meeting with Nikon planned to discuss about mid-spatial frequencies requirement
    • starting of final polishing possible within current FY (possibly Feb 2024)
  6. purchase of new ITMs ears planned for early next FY
