New ITMs preparation
Polishing
- Meeting with Nikon : they accepted the wedge corrected crystals and will restart the scratches removal
- Delivery expected for mid/end March (ie about 3 months delay)
Coating
- Sent sapphire disks about 2 years ago to LMA for Ge coating. Still waiting for the recipe
Other characterization
