= New ITMs preparation =

== Polishing ==

 * Meeting with Nikon : they accepted the wedge corrected crystals and will restart the scratches removal
 * Delivery expected for mid/end March  (ie about 3 months delay)

== Coating ==

 * Sent sapphire disks about 2 years ago to LMA for Ge coating. Still waiting for the recipe 

== Other characterization ==

* Nikon can provide birefringence map from which they can reconstruct TWE
== Ear bonding ==

 * U. Toyama clean room preparation (restarted filters about 1 month ago)
 * this clean room contains 2 optical tables if needed

== Need for spares == 

 * Now have 2 unocated ETMs spares (but likely not fine polishing)
 * Should restart buying evaluation plates for new bulk purchase

= Absorption measurement =

 * PCI at KASI is getting ready

= Birefrigence measurement =

 * Solved some issues and now finalizing AZTEC measurements

= Spectroscopy =

 * Corrected calibration for s/p polarization spectrum measurements

= Q measurement =

 * Now focusing on sapphire fiber measurements
