GND meeting
* Purpose
- The complicate ground problem of the KAGRA may affect the sensitivity and it may be a critical issue for the O4 run.
- There may be ground loop in the PSL table, there was strange coherence between ALS and CARM and so on.
- We want to start the discussion how to clean the KAGRA ground.
