reboot
"start 田" ->「設定」->「更新とセキュリティ」->「開発者向け」-> check「開発者モード」->「はい」
"start 田" -> "Microsoft Store" -> search "Ubuntu" -> click "Ubuntu" -> get it
Download "VcXsrv" from https://sourceforge.net/projects/vcxsrv/ (see https://qiita.com/yoshige/items/7a17bb7a3582d72a7e48)
