Type-C suspension

Type-C suspension is a double pendulum. Some of them were once used for TAMA300. So "TAMA-type suspension" is Type-C suspension.

Five TAMA-type suspensions were used for iKAGRA.
3 PO type; MC_i, MC_e, MC_o and 2 TM or RM type; ETMX, ETMY.
