- 2 nuts stuck: solved by Hirata-san
- A Cu screw stuck: solved by Hirata-san
Washing and transportation to Kamioka [Hirata-san]
- ultra sonic washer broken 20th ordered on 22th(Fri) will be arrive at Mitaka on 26th(Tue)
- 8 screws for adjusting the IM holding plate was dirty
- Solution: order new screws (by Takahashi-san)
