Stuff for Type B to do in March 2018 while waiting for deliveries
- Build four geophone assemblies (Okutomi-kun has built five):
- Have most parts:
- Four sets of canister parts (body, neck, head).
- Five geophones.
- Three circuit boards - probably more exist but need to find.
- 20 x M8*35 (need 4*16=64)
- 35 x M8*30 (need 4*8=32)
- 4 x Viton disks (need 4? or 8?)
- 123 M8 washers (need 4*24=96)
- Have most parts:
- Assemble more OSEMs.
- Have 6 wound coils and connectors at Kamioka (one set, for SR3).
- Have 6 more at Mitaka.
- Set up SR3 and SRM racks.
Miyakawa-san gave us an empty rack for SR3 => can add boxes and do internal cabling and labels.
SR3 rack position is decided (on -X,+Y corner of SR3 cleanbooth) => can do in-air cabling from rack to assembly frame.
Miyakawa-san will soon give us an empty rack for SRM and decide position => will be able to do set-up.
- Disassemble broken top filters
- Set up heavy table in SRM area (first floor, -X side).
- Find jig and blade tensioning screw.
- Remove blades from #3 (in SRM area).
- Store #3 in box.
- Remove floor panel in SRM second floor.
- Crane #1 (in SR3 area) to SRM area.
- Remove blades from #1.
- Put test weights on table.
- BF rebuild.
- Move BS Test Hang BF to tent and remove blades. (These blades are for BS-BF and will not be used again.)
- Find SR-BF blades that were removed to free up a BF base for the BS Final Hang.
- Move BF with tilted keystone to tent and remove blades.
- Characterize all SR-BF blades and choose two similar groups.
- Rebuild two filters.
- Etc
- Move all SFs to cleanbooth and inspect for keystone tilt and/or other issues.
- Make one set of in-air pico splitter cables (triple and double) for SRM.
- Make three in-air stepper splitter cables for SR2, SR3 and SRM.
- Soak the sapphire prisms off the dummy BS for reuse on the SRM metal mass.
- Do buoyancy calculation (see LIGO-T1100616).
- Set up SR2 Guardian.
- Install damping filters for SR2.
- Stuff to have done by other teams
- Add mushroom top to SRM tank.
- Put up safety bars
