Line 6: Line 6:
  * Updated the 3D assembly model for BS (among other issues, it turned out that parts were not correctly mated near where the suspension sits on the hydraulic jacks in the tank).
  * Liaised with IJECT.
  * Made an inventory for Type B (BS and SR).
  * Packed and shipped second winch to Kamioka.
  * Packed some jigs for adjusting BF blades.
  * Attended NINS information security seminar.
  * Attended the public hearing for the Opt-IR Research Division Chief Election.
 * Mark, Fabian, Enzo
  * Cabled IM picos and used IM yaw pico for adjusting RM. (Later, a wire broke at the connector, disabling the IM yaw, but we were able to continue by manually rotting the pic.)
  * Helped Takahashi-san in adjusting BF.
  * Initial round of adjustment made transverse perfect but overshot in longitudinal and made vertical unstable.
  * Second round of adjustment made vertical stable but left longitudinal offset.
  * Concluded that we can probably manage without bringing the BF back to Mitaka, but it will take some careful surveying of the existing offset and several more days of adjustment.
  * Made BS disposable wire clamp 3Dmodel and drawings.
  * Made ballast mass drawings for BS Bottomfilter and Standardfilter.
  * Made parts list and screw list for disposable wire clamp and ballast mass.
  * Sent drawings and lists to i-ject for quotation.
  * Start to make drawings for SR big parts (optical bench,damper rings,sus wires,cable clamps) - ongoing.
 * Mark, Fabian and Enzo (at Kamioka):
  * Realized that some of the imbalance in the BF was from the fishing rod and calculated a new set of blade offsets to center the rod but leave the torque from the FR to be cancelled by the trim mass for now.
  * Applied the blade offsets and checked that the BF hung as expected.
  * Found that the yoke was rubbing again and corrected it by putting it at an angle matching the keystone.
  * Found that the cables were adding too much stiffness and friction and rerouted them.
  * Found that the GAS was unstable and reduced the compression symmetrically to get 0.37 Hz.
  * Rebalanced the IM to set the right pitch, yaw and height.
  * Tested the IM picos. Unfortunately the pitch pico stuck near or at one end of its range and we will need to take the end plate off the IM to find out what is wrong.
