  * Fabian finished dummy BS assembly.
  * Mark and Tatsumi-san glued magnets into both types of BS optic flags, and discs into BS IM flags.  * Initially we had no coherence, but we debugged issues with the watchdog, LPCD, and DAC board and then got good TFs.
