  * Fabian finished dummy BS assembly.
  * Mark and Tatsumi-san glued magnets into both types of BS optic flags, and discs into BS IM flags.   * Hirata-san looked for a crane scale for use at the site. (We decided the 500-kg version of the 200-kg one used at TAMA. It is the same price and has the same 100-g resolution for the first 250 kg.)

  * We finalized a design for simple SS mirror parts for the dummy BS with Akutsu-san. They will be made by ATC.
  * Mark worked on list of items for purchase in FY2016 and on the schedule.
  * Fabian did more work on the IM assembly. It is nearly done and he will start on the RM next week.

At Kamioka (Mark, Ohishi-san, Fabian, Enzo, Hirata-san, Yoshioka-kun, Kozu-kun):
 * We put lock nuts on the F0 FR and calibrated the F0 LVDT against FR position and keystone height.
 * Enzo traced the issue with the geophones to a specific cable.
 * We measured the BF and F0 GAS resonant frequencies.
 * We adjusted the spacing of the SR damper.
 * We double-checked the BS pitch with the OL.
 * We debugged the PI yaw mechanism. We managed to get the return spring properly adjusted, but the stepper motor tends to jam because of the strange design.

 * Hirata-san fixed an issue with one of the nailheads on the LBB intermediate ring support rods not properly seating, by removing the rod and reinstalling it upside down (with the problem nailhead in a less critical position).
