* Type B Past Week Summary
  * There were multiple issues with the dummy BS flag/prism gluing klog. The sapphire prisms will need to be removed and reapplied. Hirose-san is going to organize this. He wants to try the cup that had been made for the PR2 on the actual PR2 and then see if a new cup is needed for the BS (considering the different radius).
  * Hirata-san added the optical layout information to the BS Inventor assembly. He requested tank information from Mirapro so he can continue to do SR2/3/M.
  * Fabian finished the IM assembly and started on the IRM and RM. Some of the IRM panels had been improperly wrapped and really should be re-cleaned. The MPC (multi-purpose cube) on the RM will need some rework.
  * Mark scheduled a review for Thursday 6/16.
 * Type B ongoing issues
  * Wires
   * Need to decide RM wire thickness and order BS and RM wires. Lead time is a few days from Nilaco.
  * OSEMs
  * Feedthrough Adapters
   * Need large quantity of male and female D-Sub 9, IDC ribbon connectors - Takahashi-san is getting a quote.
  * Can we make SR wire breakers bigger?
   * Fukushima-san will start on machining test soon (as of 5/27).
  * Not enough crane height problem (Hirata, Saito) - no action since last week
  * Installation stuff
   * Crane scale - quote received
   * Work platforms - RECEIVED
  * Ballast masses for payload
   * Initial batch received - ordered extra smaller ones to allow for adjustments.
  * Lower breadboard stuff
   * Installation to be incorporated into the procedure document. Mark/Takahashi to discuss.
   * Breadboard springs (in manufacture, expected end of July)
   * Nail-head parts: quote from Mirapro received, not urgent, will be combined with assembly frame order.
  * Clean bag - RECEIVED.
  * Documents
   * BS Assembly Procedure E1504235, E1504235 draft
 * Hirata-san:
  * Made BS disposable wire clamp 3Dmodel and drawings.
  * Made ballast mass drawings for BS Bottomfilter and Standardfilter.
  * Made parts list and screw list for disposable wire clamp and ballast mass.
  * Sent drawings and lists to i-ject for quotation.
  * Start to make drawings for SR big parts (optical bench,damper rings,sus wires,cable clamps) - ongoing.
 * Mark, Fabian and Enzo (at Kamioka):
  * Realized that some of the imbalance in the BF was from the fishing rod and calculated a new set of blade offsets to center the rod but leave the torque from the FR to be cancelled by the trim mass for now.
  * Applied the blade offsets and checked that the BF hung as expected.
  * Found that the yoke was rubbing again and corrected it by putting it at an angle matching the keystone.
  * Found that the cables were adding too much stiffness and friction and rerouted them.
  * Found that the GAS was unstable and reduced the compression symmetrically to get 0.37 Hz.
  * Rebalanced the IM to set the right pitch, yaw and height.
  * Tested the IM picos. Unfortunately the pitch pico stuck near or at one end of its range and we will need to take the end plate off the IM to find out what is wrong.
