 * General prep
  * Decide if air shower needs to be moved.
  * Triple-check dimensions around second-floor parking spot for PI; decide best place for pallet.
  * Check for obstacles along path around -X side of cleanbooth.
  * Find/clean Saito-sensei's PI lifting adapter and any needed fasteners.
  * Check both crane remote controls (clean and dirty) are charged.
 * Prepare PI for moving.
  * Remove accelerometers and store safely.
  * Remove large weights. (How? With forklift at last minute? Where to?)
  * Remove arc weights (move some to second floor, wrap rest for storage).
  * Attach lifting plates.
  * Wrap with clingwrap, cover with spare cleanbag.
  * Remove old cabling from PI to rack.
 * Prepare second floor for receiving PI.
  * Clean and clingwrap pallet.
  * Find metal plates and/or duckboards for on top of pallets.
  * Move BS cables on -Y side of tank off top of beam.
  * Find shims (about 75 mm high) to put on beam where cables were, to help support pallet.
 * Clear path to remove PI with forklift.
  * Move any obstacles identified previously.
  * Shutdown BS/PR2 racks and move electrical cables.
  * Move any stored items on -Y side of portable cleanroom.
  * Move portable cleanroom towards -Y.
  * Move worktables from next to BS/PR2 racks.
 * Move PI
  * Disconnect fan cables, curtain (Miyoki-san).
  * Unzip ceiling panel.
  * Crane pallet into cleanbooth.
  * Lay foil on pallet.
  * Forklift PI to -X,+Y corner of cleanbooth
  * Crane PI into clean booth.
 * Cleanup
  * Zip up ceiling panel.
  * Reconnect fan cables, curtain (Miyoki-san).
  * Replace tables near BS/PR2 racks
  * Move portable cleanroom back to original spot.
  * Re-lay electrical cables.

  • Finish reattaching repaired LVDT coil(s) and redoing connectors with correct gender.
  • Install fishing rod.
  • Enlarge ring of crane adapter.
  • Find table, weights, etc for use with LBB blade bending jigs.
  • Set up LBB blade tensioning jig.
  • Install LLB blades.
  • Install LLB blade units in PI.

Hanging BF/IRM/IM/RM/BS (mostly Mark, Fabian, Perry)

  • Test SF LVDT.
  • Test SF fishing rod stepper.

  • Make spreadsheet on Google Docs or the like with in-vacuum cable inventory (Hirata)

  • Create a proper DAC Monitor MEDM screen.
  • Improve ADC Monitor MEDM screen.
