== PI Move == * General prep * Decide if air shower needs to be moved. * Triple-check dimensions around second-floor parking spot for PI; decide best place for pallet. * Check for obstacles along path around -X side of cleanbooth. * Find/clean Saito-sensei's PI lifting adapter and any needed fasteners. * Check both crane remote controls (clean and dirty) are charged. * Prepare PI for moving. * Remove accelerometers and store safely. * Remove large weights. (How? With forklift at last minute? Where to?) * Remove arc weights (move some to second floor, wrap rest for storage). * Attach lifting plates. * Wrap with clingwrap, cover with spare cleanbag. * Remove old cabling from PI to rack. * Prepare second floor for receiving PI. * Clean and clingwrap pallet. * Find metal plates and/or duckboards for on top of pallets. * Move BS cables on -Y side of tank off top of beam. * Find shims (about 75 mm high) to put on beam where cables were, to help support pallet. * Clear path to remove PI with forklift. * Move any obstacles identified previously. * Shutdown BS/PR2 racks and move electrical cables. * Move any stored items on -Y side of portable cleanroom. * Move portable cleanroom towards -Y. * Move worktables from next to BS/PR2 racks. * Move PI * Disconnect fan cables, curtain (Miyoki-san). * Unzip ceiling panel. * Crane pallet into cleanbooth. * Lay foil on pallet. * Forklift PI to -X,+Y corner of cleanbooth * Crane PI into clean booth. * Cleanup * Zip up ceiling panel. * Reconnect fan cables, curtain (Miyoki-san). * Replace tables near BS/PR2 racks * Move portable cleanroom back to original spot. * Re-lay electrical cables. * Power up racks. |
