Continue PI Prep

  • Find, install and wire up PI yaw stepper and bracket.
  • Decide pattern of SF damper ring magnets (48 pieces).
  • Install magnets on SF damper ring.
  • Wire up PI vertical fishing rod stepper.
  • Wire up PI horizontal fishing rod steppers.
  • Install and wire up geophones.

Hanging SF/BF/IRM/IM/RM/BS

  • Fix centering of SF/... section.
  • Remove PI again.
  • Do final trim of SF, fix LVDT if needed.
  • Remove Cu damper segment if necessary.
  • Lift PI and hang LBB damper ring.
  • Crane PI back in.
  • Install hex cable clamp on rod.
  • Re-hook SF/... section.

Electronics

  • Count used, unused, broken and needed in-vacuum cables and send data to Sato-san.
  • Debug SF LVDT.
  • Make PI vertical/yaw stepper in-air adapter cable.
  • Finish adding retaining screws to cables at feedthroughs.
  • Check connections in new geophone adapters and make unscrambler cables if necessary.
  • Decide final length for BS OSEM cables.
  • Make table of ADC/DAC assignments and check for consistency with D1503600 and k1visbs (Enzo, Mark)

Real-time and SUMCON models

  • Understand/document/debug Kokeyama-san's DIO stuff.
  • Measure LPCD and HPCD output filter response.
  • Design and install software compensation filters for LPCD and HPCD output filters.
  • Design and install GAS drift compensation filters.
  • Create a proper DAC Monitor MEDM screen.
  • Improve ADC Monitor MEDM screen.
