- Install IM ring and IM.
- Hang optic.
- Hang RM.
- Cable RM OSEMs.

- Observe KAGRA Phase 1 operations, assist if problems arise.

Tunnel
- Make three in-air stepper splitter cables for SR2, SR3 and SRM. [done?]
- (Continue to) soak the sapphire prisms off the dummy BS for reuse on the SRM metal mass.
- Get SRM mushroom installed.
- Install first set of LBB damper rings in SR2 (or SR3?) tank.
- Set up SR2 and SR3 Guardian.
- Create Python drivers for SR3_IM and SR3_BF picos and link to them from Mio-kun's PICO_MASTER.adl MEDM screen.
- Install damping filters for SR2.
- Make three in-air stepper splitter cables for SR2, SR3 and SRM. [done?]
- Do buoyancy calculation (see LIGO-T1100616).
- Set up SR2 Guardian.
- Install damping filters for SR2.
- Review Shoda-san's Guardian.
- Review DIO stuff.
- Review DAC channel requests.
- Order Cu O-rings for geophones (seems we have 3 of 4 150-mm ones and 4 of 80 mm ones)
