Multimeter (with ohmmeter and diode check function), e.g., Fluke 114
41-mm wrenches (three if possible) for jacks on tanks, e.g., TOP RS-41.
DSub9 Breakouts, e.g., male and female. One set for use at the rack (dirty) and one set for use in the cleanbbooth (clean). (The one we have is this one but it's ridiculously expensive and not even very convenient.)
