  • Test Hanging Status (Takahashi)
    • Transfer function measurements (Shoda)
      • Now we can measure the TFs with the digital system
      • Strange HPF in 0.1-1Hz. Don't know where it comes from.
      • Actuator electronics has no such a thing. Maybe OSEM signal has HPF somewhere ?

      • Yaw orientation: seems OK
      • Transversal position: off by 1cm or so.

  • BF Optimal Weight (Takahashi)
    • Check the optimal load for the ETM BFs at the ATC: Need to be done before the end of Jan. Arrange with ATC people (Takahashi) -> Sent an email to ATC people. Saito-san is available 1/5 - 1/7. Takahashi will fix the date.

    • Balast mass design: Incorporating Fabian's model to the assembly model. Now making a drawing. Should ask for quotation to companies first thing in the next year (Hirata)
  • Traverser actuation check (Shoda)
    • PLC in the driver is not working. Will bring it back to Mitaka and replace it (Akutsu ?)
    • Traverser uses pin 5 of D-SUB9. But in air D-SUB9 cables in KAGRA have pin-5 grounded. -> Will change the pin assignment (Shoda)

  • Traverser stop mechanism
    • Procurement status (Takahashi): Parts were delivered. Clean the parts on Monday (Hirata). -> Finished. Sent to Kamioka.

  • Clean work procedure
    • A clean bag for PR returned from cleaning
    • Order clean wipes (Aso)
    • KAGRA should have a special meeting for clean requirements: Will propose another meeting. (Aso)

  • PR CAD model and assembly drawings (Hirata)
    • Need to give the rotation angle of the traverser top plate (Aso)

  • Cable status (Takahashi)
    • All the cables except for two cables were delivered. We have enough cables for iKAGRA.
      • Need to send more PTFE cable to finish the remaining two -> Will do it first thing in the next year

      • Need to send the cables used for the test hanging once it is finished. -> Will send them once the test hanging is disassembled.

  • Cable check
    • 70% done -> Contact Liu-kun and Kawamura-san for another shift (Takahashi)

    • One cable found to be broken. Will send it back to the company -> not yet. Send it together with the other cable related items.

  • Call for shift for assembly help (Takahashi)
    • Made a call for shift for helping the installation works -> Contact people who did VIS shifts in the past.

  • PR2 wire breaker problem (Mark, Tatsumi)
    • Removal of the wire breakers (Mark) -> Will ask for the status to Hirose-san and Mark (Aso)

    • Tatsumi prepared samples for for the removal test
    • SUS wire breaker order status -> Ordered. Delivery date: asking the company (Takahashi).

    • What should be done other than the removal of the prism ?
      • What was wrong
        • Gave up to polish the surface because of the delivery time.
        • It is difficult to pin point the cause.
        • Size is important.
      • For BS prisms, should we ask the company which made LIGO prisms ?
        • We should first ask LIGO about the company (Mark ?)
        • Compare the size of the prisms of LIGO and KAGRA (Mark ?)
      • Can we make SR wire breakers bigger ? Check with the CAD model (Hirata)
  • Wire cleaning (Hirata)

  • Production of additional PR winches (Akutsu)
    • 650um Tungsten wire test with 9.2kg is fine
    • Will test with 200um wires on Monday (7.2kg) with improved mass clamps (Hirata). -> Successful.

    • The next step is to ship to Kamioka (Takahashi, Hirata)
  • RM compensation mass
    • Need to buy screws for fixing the compensation masses.
      • We have M6 SUS screws in stock. Fabian will discuss with Takahashi-san and show the final lengths of the screws.
  • PR Optical Bench (Akutsu)
    • For PR2, we do need to raise the optical bench.
      • Delivery date for the screws: Dec. 21
      • PR2 vacuum installation will be Jan. 19
  • OSEM assembly status (Akutsu)
