- What happened (Shoda)
- An OSEM flag on the mirror detached (right-bottom one seen from the AR side)
- It was touching the OSEM when RM was slid in.
- One of the 2nd wire breakers detached
- Found a crack in one of the 1st wire breakers
- The crack is in the middle of the prism. Not in the V-grooves.
- Checked the spare mirror used for the test hanging: found a crack too (in the middle)

- What to do with the sapphire prism
- Replace or keep using them ?
- Keep using them has a risk of further crack development
- Replacing will take at least a few weeks: a large impact on the schedule
- Will ask SEO (or EO) for executive judgement
- What to do with the flag base and 2nd wire breaker
