Discussion
- Maraging and SUS rod issue follow up.
Safety margin: No information from Virgo. Will ask them again (Takahashi).
SUS rod FEA report.
- We will redesign the top rods for the optical bench suspensions.
- For PR, Shoda will ask Mirapro to re-design. For BS and SR, Takahashi and Hirata will do the re-design.
- PR+BS will be ordered with the PR assembly frame. SR rods will be ordered with the SR assembly.
Check with Ojima if more than 8mm nail head is possible or not: not yet asked. Will ask today (Takahashi)
- Temperature sensors on the suspensions ?
- Temperature sensor on the Type-A BF may be necessary to monitor the temperature gradient from the cryogenic part.
We need to know what precision is necessary -> consult with CRY (Takahashi)
For Type-B and Bp, we may want to put a sensor on the top plate. It is possible to add those sensors after the installation. Considering the current work load, we will postpone the preparation until the next year.
- Temperature sensor on the Type-A BF may be necessary to monitor the temperature gradient from the cryogenic part.
