Type-A (Takahashi)

• Minutes of Type-A Meeting

• EQ stop, release sensor, dummy payload: Open bidding was on 13th. Meet with the company person on 16th.
• Bottom Filter: Assembly of BFs was started on 7th. Some of bearings washed previously were rusted.
• BF damper: Specification document will be prepared with the drawings soon. Test of LVDT prototype is on going.
• Maraging wire: Asking new design around head to ATC. Tensile test is in preparation.
• Foot hold: Considering the type used in ATC, which is ready made and folded.

  • Fabian, Mark, Yokogawa-kun and Kuwahara-kun did BS installation at Kamioka:
    • Hung RM.
    • Did permanent routing of RM OSEM cables to IM.
    • Did temporary routing of RM OSEM in-vacuum cables to flange (4 channels).
    • Did semi-permanent routing of all OSEM external cables to satellite amps (10 channels)
    • Did temporary routing of RM OSEMs to PR2 rack (4 channels).
  • Hirata-san:
    • Finished 3D CAD of SR2 and SR3 in tanks, with optical layout included.
    • Started 3D CAD for SRM.
    • Checked flag design.
    • Assembled a bottom filter (ongoing).
    • Cleaned maraging rods.
• Type B ongoing issues
• Longer term to-do list
  • Do Inventor assembly for SRx in chamber and on assembly frame (Hirata) - SR2/SR3 DONE, SRM ongoing.
    • Part "disk security" top has to be modified - screw positions do not match.
  • Write more of payload assembly procedure (Fabian) - ONGOING

  • Write more of BS Assembly Procedure E1504235, E1504235 draft (Mark) - ONGOING

  • Lower breadboard installation to be incorporated into the procedure document.
  • Work on BS simulation (Fabian)
  • Do BS Simulink model (Mark, Kokeyama)
  • Do 2D drawings of SR2 parts (Hirata)
  • Redesign SRx IM wire clamps for larger prisms, remachined RMs
  • Order SRM/PRM parts (Hirata/Shoda)
  • Order SRx fasteners (Hirata)

Type-Bp (Shoda)

• Modification Parts
  • Structure Analysis is checked. The purchacing parts can be proceeded, while the method of a part of the analysis is not proper.
  • Wire dimensions for the BFRM is fixed as same as BF/IM maraging rod.
  • Waiting for the quatation with the proper format together with other additional orders.
• Mirapro
  • Mirapro sent us a report about the optical bench wires. The top wires should be re-designed. Wires for PRs and BS will be ordered together.
  • Preparing for the order.
• Mirror preparasion
  • 1st wire breakers for PRs is not found even in Kashiwa. They should be ordered together with new flags.
  • Made the rough jigs for removing the current flags from the PR3 and spare mirrors togher with Hirose-san.
    • flag detaching will be done in November.
• F7 LVDT
  • Magnetic coupling noise induced by the magnets on F7 LVDT is calculated with the same way of Shimoda-kun's calculation. (Only in length direction.)
    • Current design is well enough for PRs.
