 * Type-A: 1 week delay (?) because of the filter tuning problem
 * Type-B: 1.5 week delay. Currently the finish date will be Sept. 29. Parallelize some works to recover the schedule delay.
 * Type-Bp: On schedule

=== Type-A (Takahashi) ===
==== Past week report ====

[X-end]

30th(Wed)
  * Adjust the height of keystone in the F2 and F3 by the FR.
  * Lifted down the EQ stop. The F2 stage sit on the frame lock.
31st(Thu)
  * Extended the EQ stop to the F1 stage.
  * Assembled some items inside the F1; cabling, replacement of receptacles, replacement of FR blades.
  * Attached the Cu ring and the wire clamps onto the cap of F1.
  * Closed the cap of F1. Though the insertion was very tight, the cap could be closed.

[Y-end]

31st(Thu)
  * Making the control model with the CRY group.
1st(Fri)
  * Trasported the bridge frame to the X-end.
  * Making the control model with the CRY group.

==== Plan for coming weeks ====
 * Installation of the Filter1 in X-end.

=== Type B (Mark) ===
==== Past week report ====
At Kamioka (Mark, Ohishi-san, Fabian, Enzo, Hirata-san, Yoshioka-kun, Kozu-kun):
 * We solved the problem with the OSEMs: cables had been plugged into the confusingly named "PD current monitor" outputs (actually LED current monitors), not the "OSEM outputs".
 * We solved a problem with the real-time model freezing which turned out to be the IO chassis having lost power.
 * We took some mass off the IM to allow for the weight of the cables, and readjusted it in pitch and roll.
 * We aligned the IRM to the IM and set the OSEMs to mid-range.
 * We added ballast to the BF.
 * We changed the receptacles for the SF-BF rod. The low receptacle did not fit properly into the BF keystone and Hirata-san had to file it.
 * We fixed a broken wire on the BF yaw pico, retested the pico and added the BF cap.
 * We cabled and tested the BF cap picos.
 * We lifted the BF and weighed and balanced it.
 * We installed the SF ring and brought in the SF.
 * We installed the Cu segments on the SF.
 * We cabled the SF LVDT and did a quick test (not a full calibration).
 * We replaced non-vacuum compatible cables in the PI, removed various sticky labels and wiped it with ethanol.
 * We tried to hook the SF-BF rod but found the hole in the hex cable clamp was too small for the 8 mm rod head. We enlarged the hole but then found the PEEK pieces were too loose. We tried using foil, but then managed to lose a PEEK piece into the BF, so we will need to remove the cap of the BF to get it.

==== Plan for week of 9/4 ====
Mark, Fabian, Enzo (Tue-Fri), Ohishi-san, Hirata-san, Yoshioka-kun (Tue, Wed, Fri), Kozu-kun (Thu, Fri)
 * Retrieve PEEK piece from BF.
 * Crane SF back in.
 * Suspend BF/IRM/IM/RM/BS.
 * Test SF FR.
 * Calibrate SF LVDT.
 * Install SF cap; route cables.
 * Lift and weigh SF/BF/IRM/IM/RM/BS.
 * Adjust SF ballast.

==== Plan for week of 9/13 ====
Mark (except Wed), Fabian (except ASJ), Enzo, Ohishi-san, Hirata-san, Yoshioka-kun (Tue, Wed, Fri), Kozu-kun
 * Prepare magnet ring.
 * Bring in PI.
 * Route cables.
 * Suspend SF/..., adjust tilt of SF and total mass.
 * Adjust damper gap.

=== Type-Bp (Shoda) ===
==== Past week report ====
 * IM OSEMs tuned.
  * We tuned the OSEM DC position again, since we changed the IRM alignment last Friday.
  * We checked the TFs of IM. So far, the TF seems to be OK but the coherence is not good at lower frequencies. I should check later.
 * BF assembled
  * BF cap was closed, and assembled BF LVDT primary coils. The IM/TM cables are lead to the top of the BF cap.
 * Top plate assembled
  * We also assembled the top plate/Traverser unit to the suspension.
 * k1pr0 IO chassis
  * Miyakawa-san changed the power supply for the IO chassis. Now the IO chassis seems to be working.
  * All 3 models cannot be started at the same time when we start the RT computer. It is necessary to start the model one by one.
  * However, the PRM model is not yet running properly, since all the VIS model cannot be compiled because of an unknown error. One of the Library model might be the reason.

==== Plan for coming weeks ====
 * assemble SF & calibrate SF LVDT
 * Hang BF and tune the weight
 * Assemble the BFRM

==== Plan for coming weeks ====

=== Watchdog system (Tanaka) ===
==== Past week report ====
 *I examined specific cost and necessary measures to set up for WDS in Kamioka.And I held a meeting to make estimates with several vendors.-->Budget plan.(But the accuracy is low because there is no data necessary for integrating the estimate.)However,this is a Japanese report.[[https://gwdoc.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/DocDB/0071/E1707142/001/Project%20WDS%20budget%20plan%20170901.pdf | JGW-E1707142(PDF)]].
    -->Waiting for an estimate.

==== Plan for coming weeks ====
 *Creation of extended I/O PCB(plot type (With the Main 4ch WDS box and I/O box,I/O board For relay).-->Ongoing.

 *Start production of equipment-->PCB check for main board(WDS main board).Ongoing.

=== Other site works ===

 * End of Aug. to Nov.: Mozumi entrance will be closed
 * Sept. 5: Inspection by Labor Standards Inspection Office

=== Safety ===
 * Incidents: no

 * Foreseen risks
  * Type-A: Crane work
  * Type-B: Crane work
  * Type-Bp: Crane work

== Discussion ==

=== Type-A ===
 * There are not enough cables to complete ETMX Type-A
  * We need 170 m of vacuum compatible cables
  * We will use non-vacuum compatible cables for the moment (until Okutomi-kun's test)
  * Before connecting to the CRY payload, we will swap the non-vac cables to vacuum compatible ones.
  * Production of the vac-compat cables is an imminent issue.
   * Bulk cable (線材) is now under bidding (for 900m, delivery deadline: the end of Nov.).
   * We will contact companies to explore the possibility of having 200m cable before the middle of Oct.

=== Type-B ===
 * Cu plate needs to be cleaned.
 * Ishizaki-san will bring them back to Mitaka today.
 * Ask Koushin to clean them in the next week.

=== Type-Bp ===
 * Manpower shortage in the next week
  * Discuss with Type-B every morning to share the man power.
