4th(Mon)

  • Implemented the release sensors on the end plate for F1.
  • Put the F1 on the end plate.
  • Suspended the F2 and follows from the F1.

5th(Tue)

  • Calibrated the LVDT in F1.
  • Tuned the F1. The condition was changed by closing the cap. The lowest frequency was larger than 0.4Hz.
  • Assembled the twist pair flat cables.
  • Assembled the bridge frame.

6th(Wed)

  • Tuned the F1 changing the compression of blades.

7th(Thu)

  • Continued the F1 tuning. The lowest frequency was about 0.4 Hz.
  • Started the cabling between the F2 and the F1.

8th(Fri)

  • Continued the cabling.

Plan for coming weeks

  • Lift down the F2 and F1 into the corrugate tube.
  • Adjust the load on BF from the cross tube.
  • Finish the installation of F1.

Past week report

  • Assembled everything
    • We have set the SF and hanged the BF and below. The weight and balance were adjusted so that the keystone height is about 65.5 mm. The resonant frequency of SF is about 0.31 Hz.
    • Checked the transfer function. BF stage seems to be OK. it seems to be necessary to adjust more on IM stage.
    • All motor connections are checked.
  • We have a lot of dusts on the suspension since the ceiling is partially open because the company people hit the ceiling and it is now distorted.
    • Furuta-san and Hayakawa-san will fix it.
    • We need to clean the suspension carefully before the installation.

  • IM adjustment and final status check
  • Cleaning the suspension, prepare for the installation (poles should stand on the inner framem etc...)

  • I held a meeting to make estimates with several vendors.-->Waiting for an estimate(Ongoing).

  • Creating the final version for mass production and running its operation test.-->Implementation completion and operation test.

  • Creation of extended I/O PCB(plot type (With the Main 4ch WDS box and I/O box,I/O board For relay).-->Ongoing.
