[X-end]
  * Started the replacement of cables from 15th.
  * Dismounted the pre-isolator.
  * Removed the cables above the F1.
  * Removed some screws from the inside of F1.

[ITM]
  * The items from Akeno and Mitaka were delivered on 14th.
  * Transported the bridge frame from the X-end to the center area on 14th.
  * Lifting up the items to the 2nd floor by MESCO on 17th.

  * X-end: Reassembly of the EQ stop and the cabling from 20th.
  * Y-end: Connection to the cryo-payload from 27th.

 * Mark and Fabian did a huge cleanup of the SR2 area and prepared a workspace for assembling the IM.
 * Fabian did a stocktake of the screws for the SR.
  * We have all we need for the IM, except one type that can be added after the rest of the IP is assembled.
  * We have most of what we need for the rest of the payload, and Hirata-san has ordered the others.
 * Hirata-san worked on SR procurement:
  * Suspension wire
  * SR additional parts (compensation masses, clamps etc)
  * Regular, SDC and BUMAX screws.
  * Additional machining on the BS sapphire prism jig to allow it to be used on the PR/SR mirror box.
  * LBB blade design.
 * Enzo and Kozu-kun (with help from Fujii-kun) worked on export from SUMCON to Matlab, and on filter design.

 * Holiday on Thu 3/23
 * All at Mitaka.
 * SR procurement, planning (Mark, Hirata-san)
 * SR mass budget (Fabian)

 * Fabian at commissioning workshop
 * Hirata-san at Kamioka to work with Mirapro on SRM LBB installation.
 * All others at Kamioka to start SR2 assembly.

 * Top rid of PR2 and PR3 vacuum tank were fixed
  * Note that the feedthrough flanges are not closed yet.
  * During the fixing, we accidentally moved the injection beam of the Oplev. Alignment was lost.
  * We need to re-align the main beam. So far, we are planning to do it in the week of the commissioning WS.
 * PR mirror position was measured by FARO.
  * The position of the mirror is off from the design by:
   * PR2: (-9.4, +0.5, -6.4) 
   * PR3: (-3.5, -0.5, -4.9)
   * PRM: (+4.7, 4.6, -1.5) Note: PRM is fixed
     Note that these values are relative to the side flange of the vacuum tank at the HR side. x is the norm of the flange surface, and z is the norm of optical bench.
