Type-A (Takahashi)

Past week report

[SRM]

• Dismounted the top filter for SRM from the IP for Type-A. Packed the IP to the box.
• Combined the top filter and the IP.

[Y-front]

• Transported the IPs from/to the first floor.
• Measured the transfer functions of the BF/F3/F2 by the digital system.
• Cabled in the F1.
• Assembled the cup of F1 (Cu plates, connector plates) and closed the cup.
• Measured the weight of F1.

[X-front]

• Evaluated the ACCs.
• Fixed the cables between the cryo-payload (CP) and the BF at the lower points on the wire.
• Connected the cables to the BF.
• The CP was installed and suspended from the BF.
• Adjusted the height of CP. The height of BF was set to 67.5mm.

Plan for coming weeks

• Setting of the F1 in Y-front.
• Setting of the top filter in X-front.

Type B (Mark)

Report for week of 7/17

• We checked the polarity of the IP LVDTs and flipped coil connections to get the standard arrangement.
• We debugged an issue where one of the LVDT actuators had half the magnets in backwards resulting in no force.
• We calibrated all the PI LVDTs.
• We set the SF damper ring gap.
• We prepped the suspension for craning, moved it into the tank and hooked the LBB damper ring rods.
• Type A merged the SRM F0 with the correct IP, and we moved it out of the way (to the second floor behind the SRM tank).
• We installed more cable clamps on the SR2 PI.

Plan for week of 7/23

• Mark, Enzo, Fabian, Kozu-kun, Terrence, Panwei at Kamioka Mon-Fri.
• Hirata-san at Kamioka Mon-Thu.
• Mirapro moves assembly frame ≈7/25 (Wed).

SR3

• Unlock suspension.
• Rearrange cables.
• Test.

SR2

• Finish PI prep.
• Crane into AF, suspend.
• Start cable routing.

SRM

• Prepare to assemble SRM metal mass (most parts due Wed 7/25).
• Help Mirapro with AF move.
• Start rebuild of top filter of PI #2.
