• Corrected the tilt of IP base by jack up/down of the corn bellows.
• Adjusted the position of IP by the stepping motors.
• Aligned the TM by the yaw picomoter in the BF.

• Corrected the tilt of IP base by jack up/down of the corn bellows.
• It was difficult to adjust the position of IP by the stepping motors due to the tight stopper setting.
• Vented the EXV chamber and open the top chamber.
• Released the stopper for IP more.
• Adjusted the position of IP by hand/stepping motors.
• Aligned the TM by the yaw picomoter in the BF.
• Closed the top chamber and started the evacuation.
• Followed the drift of IP position by the stepping motors during the evacuation.

• Investigated the 70Hz peak in the spectrum of IP LVDTs. Changed the modulation frequency from 10,000Hz to 10,003Hz.
• Designing the yaw stepping motor mechanism. We need to procure 4 more motors.
