• Adjusted the TF. Four blades were decompressed by 0.5mm. The height of keystone was set to -12mm.
• The coil driver for the TF is not working.
• A SUS spanner dropped into the corrugate tube, It might be around the F2 or F3.

• 1/21-22: EY BF LVDT calibration (Fujii, Takahashi)

• 1/8-16: BS maintenance works
• 1/8-21: SR works (SR2 FR, height check)

• 1/8-10: PR2 OSEM cable repair
