[Y-end]
  * Calibrated the LVDTs for BF damper.
  * Started the evacuation of EYV chamber. The IP is touching the stopper.

[X-end]
  * Prepared for the payload extraction. Fixed the BF and pushed down the keystone of TF.
  * Replaced the yaw FR.

[X-arm measurement]
  * Measurement campaign with X-arm was conducted.
    * Some stages were excited and then the couplings to the TML etc were measured.
    * Excited dofs were: TML / IML / MNL / IPL / (partly BFL) / BF-GAS / IMV / TMP
    * The purpose was to get the followings:
      * Vibration isolation performance (GND2TML)
      * force transfer functions of TML2TML, IML2TML, MNL2TML
      * couplings of V2L, P2L (somehow I forgot to measure Y2L coupling)
    * Now analysis is ongoing.
