* Preparation work with suspensions:
  * In BS, SR2 and SRM GAS filters I offloaded coil-maget actuation onto fishing rods (klog 15027, 15039, 15042).
  * In BS F1 I was able to move the keystone down to 230 um. Before the lowest the FR would allow was 488 um. I changed the setpoint accordingly and updated BURT and SDF files (klog 15027).
  * The temperature was relatively high at the moment (klog 15040). I told Moyoki-san and he installed coolers (klog 15043). The temperature has been dropping since then (klog 15052).
  * I'll offload again once the DC actuation in GAS filters stops drifting.
  * I'll measure IP resonant frequencies again.
  * I told Takahashi-san about the yokes in BS IP coil-magnet actuators. They require cleaning and nickel coating.
 * I went to the tunnel with Miyo-kun and cheked the holders for the gauge dials. We'll need to but longer rods. I'll let Takahashi-san know.
 * Highlight in documentation:
  * Shoda-san, Takahashi-san, Hirata-san and Miyo-kun gave me feedback about the document. Thank you very much! B)
  * An overall BS procedure is now readable.
  * Hirata-san checked the section about the Lower Breadboard (LBB) and provided a picture for SR3 section.
  * I added a secton on how to set the fishing rods to mid-range position.
   * During installation we measured the total range of the motor in number of steps.
   * For the FRs that are at the end of their ranges we just have to move them by half of the total range.
  * I added a section about monitoring the IPs during venting. I got feedback and updated the document.

Zoom Meeting

Participants:

Interface between VIS and CRY

 • Interface meeting was set to discuss about the integrated CAD model, the link between Cryo-payload and Type-A tower, the schedule, and so on. Mainly in Japanese for the engineers.
 • Post O3 Upgrade portal

 • VIS team plan to test the ribbon heater on the cross tube in IX or IY just before the vent of chambers.
 • Acceptance Test (Wiki page, Inspection document style).
