General

• [Miyo] Management of the motor system in VIS.
  • I asked Ikeda-san to be a manager for the motor system including pico, stepper, cryo stepper.

Type-A

• Installation in EYV.
  • Opened the top chamber. The cone bellows have been broken.
  • Assembled the DP and hung it from the BF.
  • Calibrated the LVDT for the BF.
  • Tuned the BF.
  • Installed the BF-DP stage into the chamber.
  • Extended the EQ stop for the F3.
