- IX: Yaw FR was adjusted and the chamber was closed on 5/17-18.
- IY: Acceptance review is scheduled on 5/21. Remedy of the pre-isolator is postponed.
- EX: Parts to modify the addtional FR will be delivered on 5/24.
- EY: Installation of the tower is on going. Items (pure water maker, etc.) for the mirror cleaning are under preparation.
Status
- Corrugate tube fixing jig: Other 3 sets will be ready by the end of June.
- TM height setting: Height standard around the cross tube was made in IX/IY.
- Commissioning in air: Started on the pre-isolator in IX.
