 * Name
	* Project Name: KAGRA Filter Cavity (KFC) Project
	* Including KAGRA in a subsystem name is strange
		* Subsystem name should be SQZ or something. But this is a name of this filter cavity project.
	* KFC and KSC are similar
 * Engineering management scheme
	* Do not want to enforce the full systems engineering practices (toio costly)
	* We need to at least clarify requirements and interfaces
 * Top level requirements
	* 13.5dB FIS is good assuming 15ppm FC RTL, 5% loss from FIS to FC,  10% loss from FC to MIF and 30mrad phase noise.
	* Cross-check of the code is necessary: Matteo will share the code later.
	* This is a good starting point for conceptual design
	* Aso will make a requirement breakdown structure.
 * Others
	* Aso and Matteo are contacting people to discuss task assignments
		* If you have not yet been contacted, please be patient.
	* Next meeting will be on March 3rd.
