 1. Electronics Preparation Status (Michimura, Aso)
  * RF distribution (Komori, Michimura)
   * Design is almost ready. Should we omit the rear panel ? Ask Miyakawa-san.
   * Grounding policy
    * We need isolation somewhere (input or output) to avoid groud loops. 
    * Isolation trans like the followings ?
     * Minicircuits http://www.minicircuits.com/pdfs/FTB-1-1+.pdf
     * R&K http://www.rk-microwave.com/products/TX-TR.php
    * Michimura-kun will think about the plan.
  * Cables (Michimura)

    * Michimura-kun will start ordering them
 
  * Diff-to-single end converter
   * Almost complete at Ando-lab. Needs a KAGRA compatible power connector. Send it to Kamioka soon.

  * RFPD/QPD (Aso, Doi)
   * Finalizing the design details. Production will start soon.
   * Need to check the number of currently available hand made RFPDs.

 1. Magnet Noise (Michimura)

  * Magnetic noise of BS will be below the requirement.
  * We will have a special meeting on 11/4.

 1. FFT Simulation (Hirose, H. Yamamoto)
  * Polish of ETM will finish at the end of FY2015. We need ETM transmission maps for finalizing the requirements for ITM polish. On the other hand, we want to order ITM as soon as possible (start the bidding process in Feb. 2016).
  * We need to be prepared so that we can perform the simulation as soon as we get the transmission map from Zygo.
