Minutes

  • Default configuration for ALS is Tasumi/Arai/Aso configuration (see JGW-T1605353)

    • We may have to put wideband EOM for IR beat to increase UGF and DC gain for PLL
    • We may have to use CARM/DARM basis instead of XARM/YARM basis

    • NoiseBudget modeling needs to be done soon [Kambara]

      • Kambara will stay at Hongo for ~1week in August for a boot camp

    • Four candidates: aLIGO-like, simplified aLIGO, Tatsumi/Arai/Aso, or hybrid?
    • Noise study will be done by Kambara after deciding the default configuration to start with
  • Where to put Prometheus?
  • Schedule?
    • Possibility of installing GreenX earlier for TMS alignment?
      • BS green reflectivity 99.40% for s-pol, 97.85% for p-pol
