  * We will need to add a fast beam shutter between OFI and OSTM at some point

 * REFL (Ryan)
  * In-vac layout complete. Fits in 800 mm dia.
  * Set tilt of all RF PDs and RF QPDs to 15 deg, following LIGO layout.

 * To make CAD drawings based on these layout...
  * We will need to design a beam diverter and RF QPDs based on LIGO design
  * We will need to design pedestals, periscopes, optical bench etc.
