An OPO inside the detuned signal recycling cavity amplifies phase modulation signal sidebands that are sent back to the arm cavities to drive the test masses via the radiation pressure. This intracavity technique changes the dynamics of the interferometer and can improve the sensitivity at frequencies higher than the observation band of the conventional broadband detectors. We have developed a prototype interferometer to demonstrate the parametric amplification in Tokyo Tech.

 * We simultaneously locked the SHG and the signal-recycled Michelson interferometer with the OPO inside the SRC.
 * We have developed a new suspension system for our 200mg mirrors (collaboration work with Dr. J.Winterflood in UWA).
