Scope

The scope of Beam Profiler for large beams is to check the beam mode in the phase of initial alignment of optics.

Applicable Documents

General Description

The mode matching is one of the important step to construct an optical cavity. For KAGAR, the beam size will be about 10cm diameter, while there are no such an equipment that is able to measure the such a large beam size. Thus we should develop such tool.
