 *  Q: What is the IR for 100Ms BBH with bLCGT?

 *  A: 2170Mpc

 *  Q: Is it the peak at 117Hz or the low-freq slope that decreases the bLCGT BNS IR by 10%?

 *  A: Without the vertical coupling, the IR would become 290Mpc. Without entire suspension TN, the IR would become 301Mpc.
