Set the primary snr-threshold to 15 for effective analysis of signals below 1 kHz.

However, regardless of the snr-threshold number setting, it may cause a strange phenomenon that the significance increases presumed that there are many triggers.

Most hveto runings are performed with the snr-threshold set to 15.
