Outline of the meeting
- The 21st F2F meeting will be held at NAOJ. We will discuss both our latest achievements and our managements.
- LOC: Yoichi Aso, Matteo Leonardi. LOC secretaries: Ohyama-san, Yoshizumi-san, Harada-san, and Sakamoto-san.
- Registration was closed. We have 103 participants.
- If you missed to register, please do so at the registration desk.
- The meeting fee is 500JPY for coffee and snack. We will collect the fee from all participants at the registration desk.

- Graduate students who will submit thesis (Master thesis/Doctoral thesis) by March 2019 are supposed to make thesis presentations (both oral and poster) in this meeting.

Important: everyone must present at the campus guardhouse the Visitor Registration Form (English, Japanese) and an ID in order to receive the campus access card. - People that already have the access to NAOJ Mitaka campus and people that stay at Cosmos guesthouse are exempted from this procedure.
